Attention National Junior Honor Society members:
Don’t forget the Ice Cream Social on Monday, January 30 at 7:00pm in our Silverbrook Cafeteria. Turn in your RSVP’s to Mr. King. If you need a new invitation or if you have questions, please see Mr. King.
6th graders:
If you are planning on playing basketball, we start on Monday, January 30 at 3:15pm. You must have all you paperwork and fees turned in to Mrs. Milkus to participate.
Counseling Groups
Attention Students, Don't forget to sign up for the Counseling Groups being offered through our counseling office. Stop in to the Counseling Office to pick up information. Groups currently forming are KIM Groups for each grade, Girls 4 Girls and Wise Guys for 7th Grade and Concerned Persons for each grade.
Attention Band Students:
All band students who are participating in solo and ensemble are highly encouraged to sign up in the band room for after school practice time with Mrs. Baumann-Schuppel. There is a clip board hanging outside her office with available days and times. Festival is only 30 some school days away! Start preparing NOW.

We Hear You West Bend
The City of West Bend, in partnership with the West Bend Joint School District, UW-Washington County and Moraine Park Technical College are asking for your help to vote for “West Bend” in the Reader’s Digest, “We Hear You America” campaign. Join the many communities throughout the nation who are registering at the Reader’s Digest website to promote their city. A total of 18 prizes will be awarded to nominated cities in the form of a donation from Reader’s Digest in support of their community initiatives. The first place prize is $50,000. In 2011, the City of West Bend received a $1,000 donation from Reader’s Digest, so let’s make it happen again in 2012. Go to: www.ReadersDigest.com/America and follow the online instructions to register and then start voting. You can vote every minute of every day … there is no limit! All entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2012.
